Who buys on Ceramarket has 14 days, after the day he receives the goods, to rethink and return the product or service purchased online, exactly in the same conditions he received it. Buyer has to fill in the request form available on the site, wait for confirmation and acceptance before shipping.
After communicating the will to return purchased goods and after Ceramarket has completed the checks on request validity, the customer has further 14 days to return products to Ceramarket. Upon receipt and positive control on the sale time conditions of the returned goods, Ceramarket will refund the import paid by the buyer for the products.
